TROY -- Two recent reports of suspicious vehicles spurred city school district officials to warn students to be careful walking to and from school.
"It's a delicate balance of informing the parents without causing panic," school Superintendent Fadhilika Atiba-Weza said.
Neither incident resulted in a student being abducted or harmed, the superintendent said.
"There was no harm to any kids," he said.
